License Terms

These terms apply automatically to every beat purchase from KZE ("Producer"). By completing a purchase, you ("Artist") accept the terms for the license tier you bought.

License Tiers

Standard License

  • Non-exclusive, limited-use rights to record, distribute, perform, and monetize one song using the beat.
  • Files: MP3 + WAV.
  • Usage cap: up to 100,000 streams or 5,000 sales (whichever comes first). Past that, upgrading to Unlimited or Exclusive is required to keep using the song.

Unlimited License

  • Non-exclusive, unlimited-use rights to record, distribute, perform, and monetize one song using the beat.
  • Files: MP3 + WAV + trackout stems.
  • Usage cap: up to 1,000,000 streams or 10,000 sales (whichever comes first). Past that, upgrading to Exclusive is required to keep using the song.

Exclusive License

  • Exclusive rights: once purchased, this beat will not be licensed or sold to anyone else again.
  • Files: MP3 + WAV + trackout stems.
  • No usage cap — unlimited streams and sales, permanently.
  • KZE retains full ownership/copyright of the beat and composition at all times. This license grants exclusive rights of use, not a transfer of copyright.

Terms That Apply to Every License

Producer Credit — Every release must credit "Produced by KZE" (plus any co-producer named on the beat's product page) in metadata, platform credits, and public descriptions. Missing or incorrect credit is a material breach.

Sample Clearance — Artist is solely responsible for clearing any third-party samples used. Producer accepts no liability for uncleared samples.

Sync Licensing — Any synchronisation use (film, TV, advertising, etc.) requires Producer's written approval in advance. Sync income splits 50% Producer / 50% Artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Content ID & Rights Protection — Artist may not register a beat or any recording made with it in Content ID or any rights-management system in a way that interferes with Producer's ownership.

Termination — Breach of any payment, credit, royalty, or usage term ends the license immediately — Artist must cease all use of the affected beat(s).

Governing Law — England and Wales.
